NBC, the US network that brought you Cheers, Friends, Frasier, Seinfeld and Thirty Rock, has commissioned a pilot script from Annie Griffin for a US version of The Book Group.
Annie is working with LA based producers Sarah Timberman and Thomas Schlamme on the project.
